Myofascial Release Technique

Myofascial Release

I implement the myofascial release techniques learned from the down line of Tom Meyers and his Anatomy Trains theory.  This is where the fascia which surrounds and makes up much of our connective tissue can be stretched and massaged to bring back the elasticity and moisture to the fascia.  It is very effective in relieving chronic pain anywhere in the body.

The 12 ‘myofascial meridians’ in the Anatomy Trains system join the individual muscles you learned into functional complexes within the fascial fabric – each with a defined anatomy and ‘meaning’ in human posture and movement.

Are you in chronic pain/tightness? Come in and see what this technique can do for you!
